MASUIZUMI KIJOSHU
C’est un saké Kijoshu, c’est à dire que la fermentation a été stoppée prématurément, ainsi les levures ont arrêté de travailler ce qui laisse ressortir plus de sucre. C’est un saké doux en bouche, mais avec une belle fraîcheur, on retrouve un côté miel, pêche jaune, et camomille en bouche. Ce très grand kijoshu, à consommer frais, accompagnera parfaitement le foie gras, ainsi que les desserts de type tarte au fruit.
